The food at LumLum is absolutely excellent, and they stay true to their recipes as I tried to request less spice in my dish, but they said that they couldn't alter the recipe. For me, that was a signal that the kind of Thai food I was ordering was truly authentic. I had one of their curries, and most of my friends ordered noodle dishes, which they all liked. I loved the decor and the space, but the restaurant itself is a bit crowded. There's barely any room to walk around, and for my party of 5, we really had to scoot close together and move the table to allow the party behind us to get up and leave / use the bathroom / etc. I would come here again, just with a smaller group.

Yum! Such an incredible selection of dishes and cocktails! We had a wonderful time exploring many parts of the menu. From the prawn charred to perfection to the very flavorful and spicy curry! We loved every bit of it!

Thai spot in surf shack setting focusing on light but flavorful seafood dishes. The flavors are well balanced and refreshingly citrusy. Highly recommend the calamari and papaya salad for appetizers, the whole fish, and make sure to save room for coconut-heavy desserts! Make reservations to avoid waiting during peak hours.

Quick service and tasty food. I got the pad Thai and thought it was a good/ generous serving for the price. Service was quick and waiters were very attentive. No reservation needed for a table for two, but it was busy so probably wise to make one if you can! Seating is a bit tight, and there’s a single stall bathroom that had a wait when we went. Everything else was great/very positive. If I’m in the area again I’d go a second time

A heritage address for proper Thai comes correct again in new form. The seafood heavy menu has lots of unconventional highlights, and the basics bring it together strongly too. Nice to have yet another location for real 🇹🇭 in an area well known for it.

As much as I want to give this place 5 stars I have to be true and fair. Everything was great except the service the server was nice but the person bringing the food was a bit rude and just dropped the food on the table without asking who ordered the specific food. This needs to be fixed because I think this restaurant deserves a Michelin Star. We ordered a variety of food, everything was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS as a foodie who tried different Thai restaurant in New York this place is my top 1! I can’t deny that this place is one of the best spot in Hell’s Kitchen and became my favorite so far. Since I came here at the first time, I always think about when will I come back here again? What a perfect place to spend time and enjoy eating. All foods are charming and very tasty. All servers are very attentive and friendly. This is what we feel we want to come back. I would like to recommend Goong Yang because this refers to how authentic Thai river grilled shrimp. I was a goosebumps when I tried this. Felt like enjoy this by the beach. Also Fried fish with Chu-chee curry, this one made me feel so happy for no reason, the taste is so amazing and authentic. I hope you all like this place and enjoy their foods here.

Tasty, fresh, and attentive food. The dishes are relatively simple, which makes them good for combining. My favorite was the shrimp curry because of the deeper flavor and more complex texture. The grilled squid was well cooked, but it could be more remarkable with deeper grilling. The staff was friendly and attentive, though they kept asking to take plates being used, so I felt rushed out. With so many tables the place can get loud when full.
